PAVILION REGULATIONS
All exhibits must be delivered to the Pavilions between 8:30am - 11:00am on Saturday 2nd May 2026 with the exception of photography entries. Judging will commence after Pavilions close at 11:30am.
Only Stewards and Judges will be allowed in Pavilions while judging is in process.
PAVILIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM 9:00AM to 4:00PM SUNDAY 3RD MAY.
ENTRIES ARE TO REMAIN ON DISPLAY DURING THIS TIME. ENTRIES SHOULD BE COLLECTED BETWEEN 4:30PM AND 5:00PM UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED.

Please refer to each section for prizes relevant to that section.
Special Prizes - Donated by St George P&A Association:
Pavilion Special Prize: Most Points Adult $50 for most points attained in Pavilion.
Pavilion Special Prize: Most Points Child $25 for most points attained in Pavilion.
Pavilion Special Prize: Handicraft (Section 8) $25 allocated each year for the best entry in a section rotating from year to year.

All exhibits must be clearly marked with Section and Class Numbers and be accompanied with the required Nomination Fee.
Prize money will be handed out in the pavilion from 4:30pm onwards. Exhibits must present their prize cards to collect money and under 18's must have an adult accompany them to sign for their collection of money. Every care will be taken of the exhibits, but the Show Association will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise in any way.
Entrants must reside in the Balonne Shire or a 125km radius of St George, unless stated otherwise.
All entries must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor.
As a voluntary organisation, the St George Pastoral & Agricultural Association Inc. is bound by copyright legislation. We are obliged to comply with these regulations in ALL SECTIONS where non-original designs, packaged kits etc are used by exhibitors.
Read guidelines in each Section carefully.
Points allocated:
Champion - 5 points, Reserve Champion - 4 points, Highly Commended - 0 points,
1st - 3 points, 2nd - 2 points, 3rd - 1 point.

Section 6, Division A - $3 per entry
Section 6, Division B - $1 per entry
Section 7-15 - $1 per entry
Prize Money, unless stated otherwise
Section 6, Division A: 1st - $35, 2nd - $20, 3rd - $10
Section 6, Division B: 1st - $5, 2nd - $2, 3rd - $1
